A person allegedly burnt to demise his estranged spouse and two minor daughters in Bihar’s Katihar district on Thursday morning, police mentioned.
The person and his mom had been arrested in reference to the incident, Katihar Sub-Divisional Police Officer (SDPO) Amarkant Jha instructed journalists.
