Bengal BJP Cautions Leaders Towards Commenting On Department Of State


State BJP leader Dilip Ghosh mentioned the party is towards any type of department of West Bengal (Document).

Amid emerging grievance towards the BJP over proposals via two of its MP for making a union territory and a state via carving out portions of West Bengal, the party’s management on Tuesday cautioned leaders towards violating the party line, which is towards any department of the state.

The improvement comes days after BJP MP from Alipurduar John Barla and Bishnupur MP Saumitra Khan stoked an argument via difficult a Union Territory for north Bengal districts and a separate state comprising the Junglemahal area and different spaces of south Bengal respectively.

“A few of our leaders have made positive feedback of their private capability. It has not anything to do with our party line or opinion, which is towards any type of department of Bengal. Everyone has to toe the party line as a faithful soldier. The violation of party line may not be tolerated,” BJP state president Dilip Ghosh mentioned.

Inside of hours of Mr Ghosh’s observation, Mr Khan mentioned that he has made the ones feedback in his private capability. “I sought a separate state for the Junglemahal space as it’s the call for of the locals. There was no building within the area. My feedback aren’t the view of the party,” Mr Khan mentioned.

Mr Barla is but to react to Mr Ghosh’s observation.

Ruling Trinamool Congress spokesperson Sougata Ray sought to understand why the BJP isn’t expelling Mr Barla and Mr Khan for violating the party line.

“If the BJP does no longer endorse the statements of its MPs, why is it no longer expelling them? The party is making plans to create unrest within the state,” the senior TMC MP mentioned.
