Aaditya Thackeray Says Maharashtra To Be Single-Use Plastic Free By May 1

The Shiv Sena-led executive will make Maharashtra single-use plastic freed from through May 1, Atmosphere Minister Aaditya Thackeray informed the legislative council on Friday.
In 2018, the Maharashtra executive had imposed a ban on production, use, sale, distribution and garage of plastic fabrics that incorporated one-time-use luggage, spoons and plates, amongst others.
