High Minister Narendra Modi on Friday paid tribute to Hindutva icon Madan Mohan Malaviya on his beginning anniversary, pronouncing the liberty fighter had devoted his whole existence to social reforms and serving the country. Born in 1861, Madan Mohan Malaviya used to be a former president of the Congress who later based the Hindu Mahasabha.
