Two males were arrested for allegedly being contributors of a module that used drones to smuggle narcotics and guns into India via Pakistan-based smugglers with hyperlinks to pro-Khalistan operatives, the Punjab police mentioned in a commentary on Tuesday. A quadcopter drone with mini receiver and digital camera toughen, a .32 bore revolver, an SUV, cartridges and medicine were recovered from the accused, the police added.
The accused, known as Lakhbir Singh and Bachittar Singh, have been arrested via the Amritsar (Rural) police.
