The Supreme Court lately sought reaction from the Rajasthan executive on a plea in the hunt for probe into the loss of life of over 100 babies at a sanatorium in Kota not too long ago.
A bench comprising Leader Justice SA Bobde and Justices BR Gavai and Surya Kant issued a realize to the state executive on a plea filed by means of famous physician KK Aggarwal and social employee B Mishra in the hunt for probe into the loss of life of new-born small children because of loss of apparatus at a central authority sanatorium in Kota.
