Two CRPF infantrymen have been killed and 3 others injured after militants opened fire at a patrolling birthday party close to Kandijhal Bridge in Pampore in south Kashmir on Monday. The injured team of workers have been evacuated to the district health facility, the place two succumbed to their accidents, the CRPF stated in a commentary.
“Troops of 110 battalion of CRPF in conjunction with J&Ok Police have been wearing out ROP throughout which unknown terrorists (12:50 hours) fired upon the troops. On this incident general five CRPF team of workers sustained accidents and evacuated to District Health facility,” the CRPF stated in a commentary. The Jammu-Srinagar Nationwide Freeway used to be reportedly closed following the assault.
