Nameless corruption lawsuits will have to no longer be taken cognisance of, the Central Vigilance Fee (CVC) has instructed all executive departments, announcing any violation of this guiding principle can be “seen critically”.
The transfer comes after the probity watchdog spotted cases during which some departments/organisations had been taking cognisance of nameless lawsuits, regardless of strict pointers issued by means of Division of Team of workers and Coaching (DoPT) and the CVC.
“Such non-compliance/violation of pointers by means of the involved government can be seen critically,” stated the order issued on Thursday.
