UP Man Arrested From Indo-Nepal Border With Heroin Worth Rs 1 Crore: Police

The Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) these days arrested a person from the Indo-Nepal border in Uttar Pradesh’s Mahraganj with 107 grams of heroin valued at round Rs 1 crore within the global marketplace, officers stated.
The accused has been recognized as Mohammad Intkam (26), a resident of the Mahrajganj district.
Performing on a tip off, SSB body of workers intercepted the person close to the Indo-Nepal border and seized the heroin, senior police officer Ashutosh Singh stated.
The accused used to be on his solution to Nepal from India handy over the consignment, valued at about Rs 1 crore within the world marketplace, Mr Singh stated.
Additional investigation is underway to learn about his contacts and likewise the supply of the seized narcotic substance, the officer stated.
