SUPREME COURT DISMISSED MODI GOV RAFALE OBJECTIONS

In the Rafale case, the Narendra Modi government of the Center is in shocked. Supreme court has rejected gov objections. The Supreme Court of India has dismissed all objections of the government in this matter of rafale and decided to hear a re-petition on the basis of new documents.

Supreme Court dismisses Rafale deal govt's objections

A three-judge bench of Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi, Justice SK Kaul and KM Joseph said that the review petition will be heard on the basis of the new documents that have come to them. The Supreme Court bench reject the Center’s gov objections to the review petitions in the Rafale fighter aircraft deal. The Supreme Court has dismissed the government’s plea and approved the validity of the document leaked from the Defence Ministry.

COURT VIEW ON RAFALE

According to supreme court decision this document will be part of the hearing. The bench chaired by CJI said that he will fix a date for starting a detailed hearing on review petitions, in which questions were raised regarding the selection of Anil Ambani’s company as an offset partner by the Dassault Aviation. And the cost of Rafale fighter aircraft.

Earlier, the Supreme Court refused the demand for investigation, due security reasons. But after that the petitioners handed over some new documents to the court and seeks to examined the Rafael Deal. The petition seeking a probe has been filed by former BJP leaders Yashwant Sinha and Arun Shourie. Advocate Prashant Bhushan is also the petitioner in this and court has accepted their petition.

In the Rafael case, petitioner Arun Shourie said on the judgment of the Supreme Court that our argument was that because the documents belong to defence, so court should investigate them. The court has accepted our pleas and rejected the government’s arguments.

supreme court will decide the date of hearing of the case and it may be in election time or it may be after election that will be decide by supreme court of India .
