20 Dead In Landslides In South Assam, Several Injured
The southern Assam area has been experiencing heavy rain since the previous few days. (Representational)

Round 20 other folks have died in a chain of landslides that came about in Assam these days. The lifeless are in large part from 3 other districts of the Barak valley area in southern Assam. A number of others are injured. Rescue groups were rushed to the websites.
Amongst the ones lifeless are seven other folks in Cachar district, seven in Hailakandi district and 6 in Karimganj district, resources mentioned.
The area has been experiencing heavy rains for the closing couple of days.
The northeastern state is already suffering with large floods that have affected round three.72 lakh other folks. The Goalpara district is the worst hit, adopted by way of Nagaon and Hojai.
