Coastguard passed over the Indian fishermen together with fish and trawlers to the Mongla police station in Bangladesh on Wednesday. Jahidul Islam filed a case with Mongla police station as a plaintiff.

The supply mentioned that detained Indian fishermen are from other spaces of South 24 Parganas district of West Bengal.
